Good Morning and Happy Sunday!!! The weekends come and they go, but now it’s the day to renew our minds and bodies to prepare for the new week ahead. Sunday is the day for rest and relaxation so today I want to share a list of self care activities you can practice on Sunday’s to refresh your body and soul! ♡

Sunday Self Care

  1. Take a bubble bath.
  • The more bubble’s the better, bubbles = relaxation
  1. Do a Face Mask.
  • Make sure you watch your favorite show or listen to your favorite album while you let it sit, that’s the only way the mask soaks into your skin
  1. Read a book.
  • That book you’ve been meaning to read is crying out for you, don’t be rude
  1. Make your favorite meal.
  • It’s the perfect day to make that lasagna you’ve been dreaming about
  1. Go for a walk.
  • Go by yourself and think about life or go with a friend and talk about life
  1. Sleep.
  • Sometimes you really just need to let your body rest, especially if you’re generally very busy during the week
